Stretching Guide

Sensei Ralph Miller has provided guidance on stretching.  Please reference the stretching tab for a guide on how we should include the different forms of stretching in our workout.  As a basic rule, raise body temp through successive progressive activity, stretch and flex for muscle length and joint lubrication, dynamic warmup exercises for range of motion, activity specific exercises, workout followed by dynamic to static cooldown exercises/stretches.
